Traditional (ie non-distressed) sales were similar; the number of available single family homes increased from 48 to 50, while the number of listings under contract fell from 16 last week to 14 this week.
Last week appears to have been fairly slow, with few new listings coming on the market and few going under contract. Although buyers are in the market and taking advantage of historically low interest rates, it would seem that sellers haven’t decided yet to put their homes on the market.
