The Studio by Angi, Almaden Valley’s community-focused salon and boutique, is holding its “First Mid-Summer Children’s Fashion Show of Almaden Valley.”
The show provides girls and boys, ages 2-16, the opportunity to walk the runway in front of the community, friends, and family; adorn unique designer clothes and accessories; and receive an 8 x 10 photo and “Image Goody Bag.”
Each child also receives a chance for further modeling assignments with BBeauty Designs. A 20% discount will also be given to all models who wish to purchase the clothing worn for the fashion show.
The Studio by Angi is donating 15% of all boutique and salon products sold on the day of the fashion show and all raffle earnings to the Almaden Valley Womens’ Club Scholarship Fund.
The show is at The Studio by Angi on Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 3:30-5:00pm. Reception and refreshments for parents begin at 3:30pm, with the fashion show beginning at 4:00pm. The show is free to the community.
The event will culminate in a creative raffle-style drawing and special designer presentation. The show promises to be a fun mid-Summer event for the entire family.
Almaden Valley girls and boys, ages 2-16, are invited to audition for the show. The open call and sign-up for child and teen models is Sunday, June 26, 2011 from 2:30-4:30pm.
The show is being hosted by The Studio by Angi and 95120 Magazine.
